Basement Waterproofing Columbus OH is a referral service. It is not a waterproofing company or contractor, holds no City of Columbus home improvement license, and does not perform, bid on, inspect or contract for basement work. When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local contractor. That contractor sets the visit, writes the estimate and does any work you agree to. Any contract is between you and the contractor alone, and we aren't a party to it.

Contractors may pay this site for advertising. You pay nothing to use the service and receive nothing for using it.

Price ranges, the cost calculator and the wet-basement checker on this site give general information from cited public sources. They aren't quotes, diagnoses or professional advice, and your real cost comes only from a contractor's written estimate. We try to keep the content accurate but don't promise it is complete or current.

We don't guarantee any contractor's work, pricing, schedule, warranty, license status or conduct, and we aren't responsible for losses that come from dealing with a contractor. Before hiring anyone, check the contractor's City of Columbus home improvement license for basement waterproofing (or ask your suburb's building department), its insurance and its written contract.

You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the site, send false requests or try to disrupt it. The site's text, design and tools belong to the site owner and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and our liability for any claim tied to it is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. We may change these terms by posting a new version here.
